體育(yu)部現有(you)專(zhuan)任教(jiao)師(shi)36人(ren),其中(zhong)教(jiao)授8人(ren)、副教(jiao)授15人(ren)、講師(shi)12人(ren);博士3人(ren)。近(jin)年(nian)來,部門積(ji)極(ji)(ji)開展具有(you)高職特色的體育(yu)俱樂部教(jiao)學模式改革;收到明顯成效,擁有(you)市(shi)級(ji)教(jiao)改項(xiang)目(mu)一門,校級(ji)教(jiao)改項(xiang)目(mu)十余項(xiang)。部門積(ji)極(ji)(ji)響應學校新的人(ren)才(cai)培養(yang)模式改革舉措,已培養(yang)了(le)101名(ming)社會體育(yu)輔修專(zhuan)業(ye)學生(sheng),并面向2012級(ji)學生(sheng)繼續招收拓展專(zhuan)業(ye)學生(sheng)。
體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)部以(yi)國家體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)總(zong)局體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)基地(di)(di)為(wei)平臺(tai),基地(di)(di)依托地(di)(di)域文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、民(min)(min)俗文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、區(qu)域文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)等優勢(shi),逐(zhu)步開展具有特色的體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu),形成(cheng)以(yi)絲綢之路體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu);武術與(yu)民(min)(min)族(zu)傳統體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu);體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)課程(cheng)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu);社(she)區(qu)與(yu)校(xiao)(xiao)園體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu);地(di)(di)域非物質文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)遺產(chan)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)為(wei)主的研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)體(ti)(ti)系。同時,學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)實(shi)施(shi)了強身(shen)健體(ti)(ti)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)工程(cheng),大力(li)加強對職業教育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)中(zhong)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)與(yu)建設,并學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)將逐(zhu)漸發(fa)展成(cheng)為(wei)集科研(yan)(yan)、教學(xue)、服務為(wei)一體(ti)(ti)的體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)基地(di)(di),現已取得了一定的研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)成(cheng)果。部門還積極參加國內外(wai)的學(xue)術交流(liu)活(huo)動,并在(zai)大會上發(fa)表(biao)論文(wen)(wen),研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)成(cheng)果在(zai)學(xue)界(jie)產(chan)生了一定的影響。目前,部門師資力(li)量雄厚,年齡結(jie)構、學(xue)歷與(yu)職稱(cheng)結(jie)構較為(wei)合理,具有從事研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)的師資和設施(shi)條(tiao)件,并制定了三(san)年的發(fa)展規劃。
部門(men)以國家體(ti)育(yu)總局體(ti)育(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)基地為平臺,依托地域文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、民(min)俗文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、區域文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)等優(you)勢,開展具有(you)特(te)色的體(ti)育(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu),形成(cheng)了以:絲綢(chou)之路(lu)體(ti)育(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu); 武術與(yu)民(min)族傳(chuan)統體(ti)育(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu);體(ti)育(yu)課程文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu);社區與(yu)校園(yuan)體(ti)育(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu);地域非物質(zhi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)遺產研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)為主的研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)體(ti)系。
同時,學(xue)校(xiao)實施(shi)的學(xue)生(sheng)強身健(jian)體(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工程(cheng),全面(mian)開展了(le)對職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)中(zhong)學(xue)校(xiao)體(ti)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)與(yu)(yu)建設,其中(zhong)“社會體(ti)育(yu)(yu)”在(zai)學(xue)校(xiao) “三育(yu)(yu)人(ren)”的人(ren)才(cai)培養(yang)模式改革中(zhong),已成(cheng)為面(mian)向全校(xiao)學(xue)生(sheng)開設的拓展專業(ye)。學(xue)校(xiao)將逐漸(jian)發(fa)展成(cheng)為集(ji)科研(yan)(yan)、教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)、服務為一(yi)體(ti)的體(ti)育(yu)(yu)文化研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)基地。部門還積(ji)極(ji)參加(jia)國內外(wai)的學(xue)術交流活動,研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)成(cheng)果在(zai)學(xue)術界也產生(sheng)了(le)一(yi)定的影(ying)響。部門師資力量雄厚,年齡(ling)結構(gou)、學(xue)歷與(yu)(yu)職(zhi)(zhi)稱結構(gou)合理,具有從事研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)的師資和設施(shi)條(tiao)件(jian),并(bing)制定了(le)三年的發(fa)展規劃。
