體(ti)育部(bu)現有專任教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師36人,其(qi)中教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授8人、副教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授15人、講(jiang)師12人;博士3人。近年(nian)來(lai),部(bu)門積極(ji)開展(zhan)具有高職特(te)色的體(ti)育俱樂部(bu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)模(mo)式改革;收到明顯成(cheng)效,擁(yong)有市級教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)改項(xiang)目(mu)一門,校級教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)改項(xiang)目(mu)十余項(xiang)。部(bu)門積極(ji)響應學(xue)(xue)(xue)校新(xin)的人才培養模(mo)式改革舉措,已培養了101名社(she)會體(ti)育輔(fu)修專業(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生,并面向2012級學(xue)(xue)(xue)生繼續招收拓展(zhan)專業(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生。

同(tong)時,學校(xiao)實施的(de)學生(sheng)強身健體(ti)(ti)教育(yu)(yu)工(gong)程,全面(mian)開(kai)展了對職業教育(yu)(yu)中(zhong)學校(xiao)體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)教育(yu)(yu)的(de)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)與(yu)建設(she),其中(zhong)“社(she)會(hui)體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)”在學校(xiao) “三育(yu)(yu)人”的(de)人才培養(yang)模式(shi)改革中(zhong),已成(cheng)為面(mian)向全校(xiao)學生(sheng)開(kai)設(she)的(de)拓展專業。學校(xiao)將(jiang)逐漸(jian)發展成(cheng)為集(ji)科研(yan)(yan)、教學、服務為一(yi)體(ti)(ti)的(de)體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)文(wen)化研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)基地。部(bu)門還(huan)積極(ji)參加國內外的(de)學術交流(liu)活動,研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)成(cheng)果(guo)在學術界也產生(sheng)了一(yi)定(ding)的(de)影響。部(bu)門師(shi)資力量雄厚,年(nian)(nian)齡(ling)結構(gou)、學歷與(yu)職稱結構(gou)合理,具(ju)有(you)從事研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)的(de)師(shi)資和設(she)施條件,并制定(ding)了三年(nian)(nian)的(de)發展規劃。
