
宋(song)李(li)翔(xiang),中(zhong)(zhong)共黨員,數創學(xue)院學(xue)工(gong)辦負責(ze)人。雖說是今年(nian)初從(cong)管理學(xue)院輪(lun)崗(gang)來到數創學(xue)院,但(dan)從(cong)進校(xiao)伊始,宋(song)李(li)翔(xiang)已在學(xue)生管理工(gong)作崗(gang)位辛勤耕耘九個年(nian)頭,是學(xue)校(xiao)學(xue)工(gong)隊伍中(zhong)(zhong)品格優秀、勤勉擔(dan)當(dang)、經驗豐富的中(zhong)(zhong)堅力量(liang)。
自“不(bu)忘(wang)初(chu)心(xin),牢(lao)記使命”主題(ti)教育工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)開展(zhan)以來,宋(song)李(li)翔積(ji)極響應(ying)校(xiao)黨委(wei)(wei)和學(xue)(xue)院黨總(zong)支(zhi)的(de)(de)號召,根據學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)黨委(wei)(wei)和學(xue)(xue)院有關(guan)“不(bu)忘(wang)初(chu)心(xin),牢(lao)記使命”主題(ti)教育統一部署和安(an)排,積(ji)極組織學(xue)(xue)院學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)支(zhi)部的(de)(de)各項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),將黨建工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)日常工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)同部署、共落實(shi)(shi),找準基層黨支(zhi)部建設的(de)(de)重(zhong)點,扎實(shi)(shi)推進各項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)開展(zhan),工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中以身(shen)作(zuo)則、身(shen)先士卒(zu)、貼(tie)(tie)(tie)近學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)、貼(tie)(tie)(tie)近工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)實(shi)(shi)際、貼(tie)(tie)(tie)近工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)隊伍,服務(wu)于學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)長成(cheng)才,展(zhan)現了學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨支(zhi)部書記應(ying)有的(de)(de)風采(cai)。
“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上
作(zuo)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支部(bu)(bu)(bu)書記,宋李翔深知(zhi)展示支部(bu)(bu)(bu)影響力(li)(li)和號召力(li)(li),發(fa)(fa)揮團結(jie)引領(ling)作(zuo)用(yong),形成(cheng)磁場效應在(zai)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)思(si)想政治(zhi)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重要性。因此,他主(zhu)動與(yu)(yu)綜合(he)素養(yang)突出、具有較(jiao)強學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)拼搏精神和過硬(ying)政治(zhi)素養(yang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)同學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)積(ji)極(ji)接觸,通過積(ji)極(ji)分(fen)子座談、發(fa)(fa)展對象談話(hua)(hua)等形式(shi)將教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)發(fa)(fa)展學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)這(zhe)一學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支部(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)心工(gong)作(zuo)落實(shi)到位。他時(shi)刻提醒積(ji)極(ji)分(fen)子、發(fa)(fa)展對象和學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)處理好日常學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習與(yu)(yu)做好黨(dang)(dang)(dang)組(zu)織(zhi)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)系、政治(zhi)理論學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習與(yu)(yu)主(zhu)業(ye)課(ke)程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)系,使支部(bu)(bu)(bu)涌現出如梁家(jia)茵、溫嘉慶等綜合(he)素質突出的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)。認真(zhen)貫(guan)徹落實(shi)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)中(zhong)央(yang)、廣東省委、深圳市委和校黨(dang)(dang)(dang)委關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)于主(zhu)題(ti)(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)各項部(bu)(bu)(bu)署,積(ji)極(ji)召集支部(bu)(bu)(bu)全體師生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)開展學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習《習近平新時(shi)代中(zhong)國特色(se)社會主(zhu)義思(si)想學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習綱要》、習總書記關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)于主(zhu)題(ti)(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)講話(hua)(hua)和中(zhong)央(yang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)有關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)部(bu)(bu)(bu)署等教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)活(huo)動。在(zai)新生(sheng)入學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)中(zhong)第一時(shi)間(jian)開展入黨(dang)(dang)(dang)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu),利用(yong)早晚修時(shi)間(jian),組(zu)織(zhi)全體2019級新生(sheng)集中(zhong)觀看《我們走在(zai)大(da)路上》專題(ti)(ti)片,積(ji)極(ji)弘揚愛國熱情(qing)。認真(zhen)對照校黨(dang)(dang)(dang)委文件,嚴(yan)格(ge)規范學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)支部(bu)(bu)(bu)“三會一課(ke)”記錄,支部(bu)(bu)(bu)會議記錄本被當成(cheng)標桿記錄本在(zai)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)總支內部(bu)(bu)(bu)進行傳閱學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習。宋李翔努力(li)(li)為(wei)師生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)排憂解(jie)(jie)難,積(ji)極(ji)解(jie)(jie)答新發(fa)(fa)展教(jiao)工(gong)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)在(zai)發(fa)(fa)展過程(cheng)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)疑惑和困難,利用(yong)暑(shu)假主(zhu)動為(wei)畢(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)聯系組(zu)織(zhi)關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)系轉(zhuan)移(yi)單位,耐心解(jie)(jie)答畢(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)各種問題(ti)(ti),大(da)力(li)(li)協助畢(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)完成(cheng)組(zu)織(zhi)關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)系轉(zhuan)移(yi),深受畢(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)好評。

n)圳市公安(an)局(ju)機(ji)場(chang)分局(ju)聯絡,于2019年6月正式成立(li)深(shen)職院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)影視動畫宣(xuan)傳志(zhi)愿服務基地,使得志(zhi)愿服務與(yu)專(zhuan)業(ye)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設實現了(le)(le)深(shen)度融(rong)合(he)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)注(zhu)意整合(he)資源,借(jie)助外力(li)提升(sheng)部門(men)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水(shui)平(ping)。半年來2次主動聯系(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)心(xin)理咨詢中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin),通過(guo)借(jie)助專(zhuan)業(ye)力(li)量提升(sheng)對重(zhong)點關(guan)注(zhu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)管理能力(li)和(he)應對水(shui)平(ping)。積極(ji)(ji)發揮新媒體平(ping)臺在(zai)思(si)想(xiang)政治(zhi)教育(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)陣地作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)策劃迎(ying)(ying)新系(xi)列推(tui)文(wen)(wen)、國慶(qing)70周年系(xi)列活動、強國青(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)年說(shuo)推(tui)文(wen)(wen)等宣(xuan)傳推(tui)文(wen)(wen),深(shen)受新生(sheng)(sheng)歡(huan)迎(ying)(ying)。

宋李翔老師工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)敢(gan)于擔當,身先士卒(zu),高度自律(lv)。每天早(zao)上提(ti)前一(yi)(yi)個(ge)小時(shi)(shi)趕到(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開(kai)(kai)始工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),下午最后(hou)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)離開(kai)(kai)辦公(gong)室(shi),關(guan)愛團(tuan)隊(dui)成(cheng)員,注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊(dui)伍內(nei)部建設(she)(she),通(tong)過(guo)(guo)專(zhuan)題研討、團(tuan)隊(dui)成(cheng)員談心談話(hua)、團(tuan)隊(dui)活動等方式(shi)為(wei)(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦營造出團(tuan)結協作(zuo)(zuo),拼搏奉(feng)獻的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每周(zhou)2次(ci)(ci)實地(di)檢查新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早(zao)修(xiu)情(qing)況,及時(shi)(shi)向(xiang)新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導員反饋(kui)早(zao)晚修(xiu)情(qing)況。積(ji)極通(tong)過(guo)(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對(dui)(dui)一(yi)(yi)談話(hua)、走訪宿(su)舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座(zuo)談等形式(shi)傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音(yin),了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思(si)想動態,及時(shi)(shi)為(wei)(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解難(nan)。自開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)主(zhu)題教育(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)以來,主(zhu)持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座(zuo)談會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對(dui)(dui)一(yi)(yi)談話(hua)80人次(ci)(ci),宿(su)舍走訪4次(ci)(ci)。工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)能根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專(zhuan)業和(he)培養特點,有(you)針對(dui)(dui)性的(de)(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活動,與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)片(pian),將活動育(yu)人、文(wen)化育(yu)人理念(nian)落實到(dao)位。同時(shi)(shi)對(dui)(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后(hou)進(jin)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不(bu)放棄引導教育(yu),而是通(tong)過(guo)(guo)嚴要求,敢(gan)碰硬(ying)的(de)(de)(de)態度與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主(zhu)任、輔導員一(yi)(yi)起進(jin)行后(hou)進(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)教育(yu)引導。羅馬城不(bu)是一(yi)(yi)天建成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de),一(yi)(yi)流(liu)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)團(tuan)隊(dui)建設(she)(she)也不(bu)是一(yi)(yi)朝(chao)一(yi)(yi)夕(xi),唯(wei)有(you)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)嚴于律(lv)己的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)風和(he)正能量的(de)(de)(de)積(ji)極傳遞才(cai)能讓新(xin)時(shi)(shi)期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支(zhi)部的(de)(de)(de)建設(she)(she)與(yu)時(shi)(shi)俱進(jin),勇往直前。
