[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋(song)李翔,中共黨員,數創學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)學(xue)(xue)工辦(ban)負責(ze)人。雖說是(shi)今年(nian)初從管理學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)輪崗(gang)(gang)來到數創學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan),但從進校伊始,宋(song)李翔已在(zai)學(xue)(xue)生管理工作崗(gang)(gang)位辛勤耕耘九個年(nian)頭,是(shi)學(xue)(xue)校學(xue)(xue)工隊伍中品格優秀、勤勉(mian)擔當、經驗豐富的中堅力量(liang)。

自“不(bu)忘(wang)初心(xin),牢(lao)記使命”主(zhu)題教育工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)開展(zhan)以來,宋(song)李翔(xiang)積極(ji)響應校黨(dang)(dang)(dang)委和學(xue)(xue)院黨(dang)(dang)(dang)總支的(de)號召,根據學(xue)(xue)校黨(dang)(dang)(dang)委和學(xue)(xue)院有關“不(bu)忘(wang)初心(xin),牢(lao)記使命”主(zhu)題教育統(tong)一部(bu)署和安排,積極(ji)組(zu)織(zhi)學(xue)(xue)院學(xue)(xue)生支部(bu)的(de)各(ge)項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),將黨(dang)(dang)(dang)建工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)生日常工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)同(tong)部(bu)署、共(gong)落實(shi),找準基層黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支部(bu)建設的(de)重點,扎實(shi)推(tui)進各(ge)項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)開展(zhan),工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)以身作(zuo)則、身先士卒、貼(tie)近學(xue)(xue)生、貼(tie)近工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)實(shi)際、貼(tie)近工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)隊伍,服(fu)務于學(xue)(xue)生成長成才,展(zhan)現了學(xue)(xue)生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支部(bu)書記應有的(de)風采。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

hu)(zhu)意整(zheng)合資源,借(jie)助(zhu)外力(li)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)部門(men)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水平(ping)。半年(nian)來2次(ci)主動(dong)聯系學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)心(xin)理咨(zi)詢中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin),通(tong)過借(jie)助(zhu)專業(ye)力(li)量提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)對(dui)重點(dian)關注(zhu)(zhu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)管理能力(li)和(he)(he)應對(dui)水平(ping)。積(ji)極發揮新(xin)(xin)媒體(ti)平(ping)臺(tai)在(zai)思想政治教育中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)陣(zhen)地作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用,組織(zhi)策(ce)劃迎新(xin)(xin)系列推文、國慶70周年(nian)系列活動(dong)、強國青(qing)(qing)(qing)年(nian)說推文等宣傳推文,深(shen)(shen)受(shou)新(xin)(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)歡(huan)迎。

“勤”字當勉 打造一流學生工作團隊任重道遠

宋李翔老師工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)敢于擔當(dang),身先士卒,高(gao)度自律。每(mei)天早(zao)上提前一(yi)(yi)個(ge)小時(shi)趕(gan)到(dao)(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)開(kai)始工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),下午最(zui)后一(yi)(yi)個(ge)離(li)開(kai)辦(ban)公室,關愛(ai)團隊成員(yuan),注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)隊伍內部建(jian)(jian)設,通過(guo)專題研討、團隊成員(yuan)談心談話、團隊活(huo)(huo)動(dong)等(deng)(deng)方式為學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)辦(ban)營(ying)造(zao)出團結協作(zuo),拼搏奉獻的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)氛(fen)圍。每(mei)周2次實地(di)檢(jian)查新生(sheng)(sheng)早(zao)修(xiu)(xiu)情(qing)況(kuang),及(ji)時(shi)向新生(sheng)(sheng)輔導(dao)員(yuan)反(fan)饋早(zao)晚修(xiu)(xiu)情(qing)況(kuang)。積極(ji)(ji)通過(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)談話、走訪宿舍(she)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)代表座(zuo)談等(deng)(deng)形(xing)式傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)思想動(dong)態(tai),及(ji)時(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)排憂(you)解難。自開(kai)展主(zhu)題教育(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)以來,主(zhu)持學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)座(zuo)談會2場(chang),學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)談話80人(ren)次,宿舍(she)走訪4次。工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)能(neng)根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)專業和培養特點,有針(zhen)對(dui)性(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)開(kai)展學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)動(dong),與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)打成一(yi)(yi)片,將活(huo)(huo)動(dong)育(yu)人(ren)、文(wen)化育(yu)人(ren)理念落實到(dao)(dao)位。同時(shi)對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)業后進(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)絕不放棄(qi)引(yin)導(dao)教育(yu),而(er)是(shi)(shi)通過(guo)嚴要求(qiu),敢碰硬的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)態(tai)度與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)家長、班(ban)主(zhu)任(ren)、輔導(dao)員(yuan)一(yi)(yi)起進(jin)(jin)行后進(jin)(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)教育(yu)引(yin)導(dao)。羅馬城不是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)天建(jian)(jian)成的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),一(yi)(yi)流(liu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)團隊建(jian)(jian)設也不是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)夕(xi),唯(wei)有通過(guo)嚴于律己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)風和正能(neng)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)積極(ji)(ji)傳(chuan)遞才能(neng)讓新時(shi)期學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)支(zhi)部的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)設與(yu)時(shi)俱進(jin)(jin),勇往直前。
