
宋(song)(song)李翔,中(zhong)共(gong)黨員,數創(chuang)學(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)工(gong)辦負(fu)責人。雖說是(shi)今年初從管(guan)理(li)學(xue)院(yuan)輪崗(gang)來到數創(chuang)學(xue)院(yuan),但從進校(xiao)伊始,宋(song)(song)李翔已在學(xue)生管(guan)理(li)工(gong)作崗(gang)位辛勤耕(geng)耘九(jiu)個年頭,是(shi)學(xue)校(xiao)學(xue)工(gong)隊伍中(zhong)品(pin)格(ge)優秀、勤勉擔當、經驗(yan)豐富(fu)的中(zhong)堅力量。
自“不(bu)忘(wang)初心,牢(lao)記使(shi)(shi)命(ming)”主(zhu)(zhu)題(ti)教育(yu)工(gong)作開展(zhan)以來,宋李翔積極(ji)(ji)響應(ying)校(xiao)黨委和(he)學院黨總(zong)支的(de)(de)號召,根據學校(xiao)黨委和(he)學院有關“不(bu)忘(wang)初心,牢(lao)記使(shi)(shi)命(ming)”主(zhu)(zhu)題(ti)教育(yu)統一部(bu)(bu)署和(he)安排(pai),積極(ji)(ji)組織(zhi)學院學生(sheng)支部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)各(ge)項工(gong)作,將黨建(jian)工(gong)作與學生(sheng)日常工(gong)作同部(bu)(bu)署、共落實(shi),找準(zhun)基(ji)層黨支部(bu)(bu)建(jian)設的(de)(de)重(zhong)點,扎實(shi)推進各(ge)項工(gong)作的(de)(de)開展(zhan),工(gong)作中以身作則、身先士(shi)卒、貼近(jin)學生(sheng)、貼近(jin)工(gong)作實(shi)際、貼近(jin)工(gong)作隊伍,服(fu)務于學生(sheng)成長成才,展(zhan)現了學生(sheng)黨支部(bu)(bu)書(shu)記應(ying)有的(de)(de)風采。
“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

宋李翔老師工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中敢于(yu)擔當(dang),身先(xian)士卒,高度自(zi)律。每天早上提前一(yi)(yi)個小時趕到學(xue)(xue)校開始(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),下午最(zui)后(hou)一(yi)(yi)個離開辦(ban)公(gong)室,關(guan)愛團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan),注重學(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)隊(dui)(dui)伍內部建(jian)(jian)(jian)設,通(tong)過(guo)專(zhuan)題研討、團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan)談(tan)(tan)心談(tan)(tan)話(hua)、團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)活(huo)動(dong)等方式為(wei)學(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)辦(ban)營造出團(tuan)結協(xie)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),拼搏奉獻的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每周2次(ci)(ci)實(shi)地檢查新生(sheng)(sheng)早修(xiu)情況(kuang)(kuang),及(ji)時向新生(sheng)(sheng)輔(fu)導(dao)員(yuan)反饋早晚修(xiu)情況(kuang)(kuang)。積(ji)極(ji)通(tong)過(guo)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)、走訪(fang)宿(su)舍、學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)代表(biao)座(zuo)談(tan)(tan)等形(xing)式傾聽(ting)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了(le)解(jie)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)思想動(dong)態,及(ji)時為(wei)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)排憂解(jie)難。自(zi)開展主(zhu)題教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)以來,主(zhu)持學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)座(zuo)談(tan)(tan)會(hui)2場,學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)80人次(ci)(ci),宿(su)舍走訪(fang)4次(ci)(ci)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中能根(gen)據學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)專(zhuan)業和培養特點,有針對(dui)性(xing)的(de)開展學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)動(dong),與(yu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)打成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)(yi)片,將(jiang)活(huo)動(dong)育(yu)(yu)人、文化育(yu)(yu)人理念落實(shi)到位。同時對(dui)學(xue)(xue)業后(hou)進(jin)的(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)絕不放棄引(yin)導(dao)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu),而是(shi)(shi)通(tong)過(guo)嚴要(yao)求(qiu),敢碰(peng)硬的(de)態度與(yu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主(zhu)任、輔(fu)導(dao)員(yuan)一(yi)(yi)起進(jin)行后(hou)進(jin)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)引(yin)導(dao)。羅馬(ma)城不是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)天建(jian)(jian)(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)的(de),一(yi)(yi)流的(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設也不是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)夕,唯有通(tong)過(guo)嚴于(yu)律己(ji)的(de)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)風和正能量(liang)的(de)積(ji)極(ji)傳遞才能讓新時期(qi)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨支(zhi)部的(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設與(yu)時俱(ju)進(jin),勇往直(zhi)前。
