[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖(tu)書特有的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)底蘊和文(wen)化(hua)(hua)地(di)位,對整個(ge)社(she)會的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)大(da)發展,甚而對經濟、科研、社(she)會文(wen)明(ming)等方面(mian)的(de)(de)進步起著舉(ju)足輕重的(de)(de)作(zuo)用。圖(tu)書館作(zuo)為古今中外(wai)最重要的(de)(de)藏書場所(suo)、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)天(tian)地(di),肩(jian)負(fu)著特別的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)使命和任務(wu)。高校圖(tu)書館在為教學科研服務(wu)的(de)(de)同時,更有著直(zhi)接參與文(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人的(de)(de)重要使命。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培養(yang)“復(fu)(fu)合式創新型高素質高技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)”,是新時(shi)期對職(zhi)業院(yuan)校提(ti)出的(de)新要(yao)求,符合市場(chang)對新型技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)的(de)新變化(hua),也切合技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)未來(lai)發展的(de)方向。全面(mian)推進“文(wen)化(hua)育人(ren)、復(fu)(fu)合育人(ren)、協同育人(ren)”人(ren)才(cai)(cai)培養(yang)模式改革(ge),對職(zhi)業院(yuan)校的(de)發展與(yu)教育教學(xue)提(ti)出了新的(de)挑戰,也說明了新型技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)培育的(de)復(fu)(fu)雜性。作為(wei)傳統的(de)文(wen)化(hua)主(zhu)體部(bu)門、教學(xue)輔助單位(wei),圖(tu)書館理(li)當主(zhu)動參與(yu)到文(wen)化(hua)育人(ren)工作中(zhong)。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入落(luo)實(shi)“文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人”的人才培養理念,一方面要(yao)求圖(tu)書文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)升華拓展(zhan),衍(yan)進(jin)到書香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua),進(jin)而推動(dong)書香校園,促進(jin)校園文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)大發展(zhan),另一方面也從文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)建設的角度(du)對(dui)圖(tu)書館的具體(ti)工作提出了新的要(yao)求。

  1、豐富文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)——夯實文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)根基。資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建設是(shi)圖書(shu)館永恒的(de)主題(ti),今(jin)后應有(you)三個轉(zhuan)變,一是(shi)重(zhong)視資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)內涵,二(er)是(shi)要(yao)優化(hua)(hua)(hua)結構,三是(shi)重(zhong)點抓好特(te)色(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建設。圖書(shu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建設實則(ze)是(shi)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建設,是(shi)書(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)與校園文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)發展的(de)基礎。為(wei)形(xing)成資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的(de)針對性、有(you)效性與文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)色(se),應進一步與學(xue)校各部門及校外單位(wei)合(he)作,加強合(he)作資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)、特(te)色(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建設,加強文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)題(ti)如職業素養(yang)、地(di)方文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)收(shou)藏(zang),一旦形(xing)成規模,就進行(xing)歸納整理,集(ji)中收(shou)藏(zang),建立專(zhuan)題(ti)文(wen)庫。日常采購中,應有(you)意識(shi)地(di)進行(xing)專(zhuan)題(ti)采購,形(xing)成特(te)色(se)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)藏(zang)書(shu)。也可發揮博物館功能,收(shou)集(ji)地(di)方文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)料、非物質遺產(chan),接受(shou)私人專(zhuan)題(ti)藏(zang)品,形(xing)成專(zhuan)題(ti)數據庫或特(te)藏(zang)室。

  2、優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)——延伸文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)魅(mei)力。圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)是服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)機(ji)構,傳統圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)比較簡單,而(er)現代圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)應(ying)更注重文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)性,通過服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)影(ying)響師(shi)生,通過文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)來育人。優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)關鍵要做到(dao)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)的(de)(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),日常應(ying)建立(li)一(yi)套基本的(de)(de)能滿足讀(du)者(zhe)需求的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)體系,在此基礎上(shang),要強化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專業(ye)圖書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu),開展文(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu),滿足教師(shi)或重點(dian)團隊在縱(zong)深層次的(de)(de)教學科研活動中(zhong)對文(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)個(ge)性需求,其次要在服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)方法(fa)上(shang)下功夫,引進(jin)新技術讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)效(xiao)率更高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)范圍更廣,如微博、短(duan)信(xin)、聊天群、手(shou)機(ji)圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)、虛(xu)擬圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)等,促進(jin)與讀(du)者(zhe)的(de)(de)信(xin)息(xi)交流,文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)互動。

  3、廣開文化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)——拓寬文化(hua)(hua)平臺。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)是(shi)校園(yuan)師生(sheng)最重(zhong)要的(de)(de)(de)(de)聚集之(zhi)地。面(mian)向未來(lai),我們提出(chu)除了(le)要把圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)建成(cheng)資源信息中(zhong)(zhong)心之(zhi)外,還要建成(cheng)學(xue)習交流(liu)中(zhong)(zhong)心、文化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)心和(he)宣(xuan)傳教(jiao)育(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)心,實(shi)現(xian)由傳統大學(xue)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)向一流(liu)、現(xian)代、新(xin)型大學(xue)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)轉型。這種(zhong)轉型實(shi)際上賦予圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)更多的(de)(de)(de)(de)文化(hua)(hua)功能(neng)(neng),不斷拓寬圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)文化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)平臺,成(cheng)為(wei)學(xue)校育(yu)人的(de)(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要渠道。近年來(lai),圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)在做好常(chang)規服務的(de)(de)(de)(de)同時,大量舉辦主題(ti)文化(hua)(hua)展覽、館(guan)(guan)(guan)藏推介(jie)、閱讀(du)沙(sha)龍、專題(ti)講座、書(shu)(shu)評(ping)競賽(sai)和(he)技能(neng)(neng)比(bi)賽(sai)等,保持了(le)館(guan)(guan)(guan)內每(mei)月有新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)文化(hua)(hua)展示(shi)與文化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)頻率,通(tong)過(guo)教(jiao)師的(de)(de)(de)(de)讀(du)書(shu)(shu)俱樂部與學(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)讀(du)者協會,與師生(sheng)建立了(le)廣泛的(de)(de)(de)(de)聯系。以后,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)要不斷把館(guan)(guan)(guan)內各類文化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)搞(gao)好搞(gao)精彩,還要走出(chu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)舍(she),深入校園(yuan),并且走出(chu)校門,配(pei)合教(jiao)學(xue)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)或師生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)專題(ti)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong),開展書(shu)(shu)香文化(hua)(hua)服務。
