技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充
培(pei)養“復合(he)(he)式創(chuang)新(xin)型高素質(zhi)高技(ji)能人(ren)才”,是新(xin)時期對職業院校提(ti)出的(de)(de)新(xin)要求,符(fu)合(he)(he)市場對新(xin)型技(ji)能人(ren)才的(de)(de)新(xin)變化(hua),也切合(he)(he)技(ji)能人(ren)才未來(lai)發展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)方向。全面推進(jin)“文化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)、復合(he)(he)育(yu)人(ren)、協同(tong)育(yu)人(ren)”人(ren)才培(pei)養模式改革(ge),對職業院校的(de)(de)發展(zhan)(zhan)與教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學提(ti)出了新(xin)的(de)(de)挑戰,也說明了新(xin)型技(ji)能人(ren)才培(pei)育(yu)的(de)(de)復雜性。作為傳統的(de)(de)文化(hua)主體部門(men)、教(jiao)學輔助單位,圖書館(guan)理當主動(dong)參與到(dao)文化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)工作中。

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入落實“文(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人”的人才培養理(li)念,一(yi)方(fang)面要求圖(tu)書(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)升(sheng)華(hua)拓展(zhan),衍進到書(shu)香文(wen)化(hua)(hua),進而推動書(shu)香校園,促進校園文(wen)化(hua)(hua)大發展(zhan),另(ling)一(yi)方(fang)面也從文(wen)化(hua)(hua)建設的角度對圖(tu)書(shu)館的具體工作提出了新的要求。
1、豐富文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)——夯(hang)實(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)根(gen)基(ji)。資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設是(shi)(shi)圖(tu)書(shu)館永恒(heng)的主題,今(jin)后應有三個轉變(bian),一(yi)是(shi)(shi)重(zhong)視(shi)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)內涵(han),二是(shi)(shi)要優化(hua)(hua)結構,三是(shi)(shi)重(zhong)點抓(zhua)好特(te)色資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設。圖(tu)書(shu)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設實(shi)則是(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設,是(shi)(shi)書(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)與(yu)校園文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)發展(zhan)的基(ji)礎。為形(xing)(xing)成資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的針對(dui)性、有效(xiao)性與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)特(te)色,應進一(yi)步與(yu)學(xue)校各(ge)部門(men)及校外單位合(he)作,加強合(he)作資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)、特(te)色資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設,加強文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題如職(zhi)業素養、地(di)方文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)、高職(zhi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)的收藏(zang),一(yi)旦形(xing)(xing)成規模,就進行歸納整理,集中收藏(zang),建(jian)立專(zhuan)(zhuan)題文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)庫。日常采購中,應有意識地(di)進行專(zhuan)(zhuan)題采購,形(xing)(xing)成特(te)色文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)藏(zang)書(shu)。也可(ke)發揮博物館功(gong)能(neng),收集地(di)方文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)料、非物質(zhi)遺產,接受(shou)私人(ren)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題藏(zang)品(pin),形(xing)(xing)成專(zhuan)(zhuan)題數據(ju)庫或特(te)藏(zang)室。
