技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充
培養“復(fu)合(he)式(shi)創新型(xing)高素(su)質高技(ji)能人(ren)才(cai)(cai)”,是新時期對職(zhi)業(ye)院(yuan)校提出的(de)(de)新要求,符合(he)市場對新型(xing)技(ji)能人(ren)才(cai)(cai)的(de)(de)新變化(hua),也切合(he)技(ji)能人(ren)才(cai)(cai)未來發(fa)(fa)展的(de)(de)方向(xiang)。全面(mian)推進“文化(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)、復(fu)合(he)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)、協同育(yu)(yu)人(ren)”人(ren)才(cai)(cai)培養模式(shi)改革,對職(zhi)業(ye)院(yuan)校的(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)展與教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)提出了(le)新的(de)(de)挑(tiao)戰,也說明了(le)新型(xing)技(ji)能人(ren)才(cai)(cai)培育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)復(fu)雜(za)性。作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)傳統(tong)的(de)(de)文化(hua)主體部門(men)、教(jiao)學(xue)輔助單位,圖書館理當主動參與到文化(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)工作(zuo)(zuo)中。

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入落實“文化(hua)育(yu)人”的(de)(de)人才培養理念,一(yi)方面要求(qiu)圖書文化(hua)升華拓(tuo)展,衍進到書香(xiang)文化(hua),進而(er)推動書香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)園,促進校(xiao)(xiao)園文化(hua)大發展,另一(yi)方面也從文化(hua)建(jian)設的(de)(de)角度對圖書館的(de)(de)具體(ti)工作提出了新的(de)(de)要求(qiu)。
1、豐富文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)——夯實文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)根基(ji)。資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設(she)(she)是(shi)圖(tu)書(shu)館永恒的(de)主(zhu)題(ti),今后應(ying)有三個轉變(bian),一是(shi)重視資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)內涵(han),二是(shi)要(yao)優化(hua)(hua)結構(gou),三是(shi)重點抓好(hao)特色(se)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設(she)(she)。圖(tu)書(shu)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設(she)(she)實則(ze)是(shi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設(she)(she),是(shi)書(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)與(yu)校(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)發展的(de)基(ji)礎。為形(xing)(xing)(xing)成資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)針對性(xing)、有效(xiao)性(xing)與(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)特色(se),應(ying)進一步與(yu)學校(xiao)各(ge)部門及(ji)校(xiao)外單(dan)位合(he)作,加強合(he)作資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、特色(se)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設(she)(she),加強文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)專題(ti)如職(zhi)業素養、地方(fang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)、高職(zhi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)的(de)收(shou)(shou)藏(zang),一旦形(xing)(xing)(xing)成規模,就(jiu)進行歸納(na)整理,集中收(shou)(shou)藏(zang),建立專題(ti)文(wen)(wen)庫。日(ri)常采購中,應(ying)有意識地進行專題(ti)采購,形(xing)(xing)(xing)成特色(se)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)藏(zang)書(shu)。也可發揮博(bo)物館功能(neng),收(shou)(shou)集地方(fang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)料(liao)、非物質遺(yi)產,接受(shou)私人專題(ti)藏(zang)品,形(xing)(xing)(xing)成專題(ti)數據庫或特藏(zang)室。

3、廣開文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)——拓寬(kuan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)平臺。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)是校園師生最重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)的聚(ju)集之地(di)。面(mian)向(xiang)未來(lai)(lai),我們提(ti)出(chu)除了要(yao)把(ba)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)建成(cheng)資源信(xin)息中(zhong)(zhong)心之外(wai),還要(yao)建成(cheng)學(xue)習交流中(zhong)(zhong)心、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)心和(he)宣(xuan)傳教育中(zhong)(zhong)心,實現(xian)由(you)傳統大(da)(da)學(xue)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)向(xiang)一(yi)流、現(xian)代、新(xin)型(xing)(xing)大(da)(da)學(xue)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)的轉(zhuan)(zhuan)型(xing)(xing)。這種轉(zhuan)(zhuan)型(xing)(xing)實際(ji)上賦予圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)更(geng)多的文(wen)(wen)化(hua)功(gong)能,不斷拓寬(kuan)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)的文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)平臺,成(cheng)為學(xue)校育人(ren)的重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)渠(qu)道。近年來(lai)(lai),圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)在做(zuo)好(hao)常規服(fu)務(wu)的同(tong)時,大(da)(da)量舉辦主題(ti)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)展(zhan)覽、館(guan)(guan)藏(zang)推介(jie)、閱讀沙龍、專題(ti)講(jiang)座、書(shu)評競賽和(he)技(ji)能比賽等,保持(chi)了館(guan)(guan)內(nei)每月(yue)有新(xin)的文(wen)(wen)化(hua)展(zhan)示與(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)的頻率(lv),通過教師的讀書(shu)俱樂(le)部與(yu)學(xue)生的讀者協(xie)會,與(yu)師生建立了廣泛的聯系。以后,圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)要(yao)不斷把(ba)館(guan)(guan)內(nei)各類文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)搞好(hao)搞精彩,還要(yao)走出(chu)館(guan)(guan)舍,深入校園,并且走出(chu)校門,配合教學(xue)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)或師生的專題(ti)活(huo)(huo)動(dong),開展(zhan)書(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)服(fu)務(wu)。
