魯昕:人工智能驅動“雙高”全新領域的全面建設

為(wei)深(shen)入推進(jin)學(xue)(xue)校數字化轉型,高質量(liang)落實(shi)好“雙高”建設(she)各項任務,6月28日,深(shen)圳職業(ye)技術(shu)學(xue)(xue)院舉行黨委理論學(xue)(xue)習中(zhong)心組(擴大)學(xue)(xue)習會(hui),特(te)別邀請全國政協委員、中(zhong)國職業(ye)技術(shu)教育學(xue)(xue)會(hui)會(hui)長(chang)、教育部(bu)原副部(bu)長(chang)魯昕在京聯線,作(zuo)題為(wei)《人工智(zhi)能與(yu)經濟學(xue)(xue):“雙高”建設(she)全新領域(yu)的全面(mian)建設(she)》專(zhuan)題報告。會(hui)議由校黨委書記(ji)、校長(chang)楊欣斌主持。

習近平總書記高度重視人(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能發展,認(ren)為“人(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能是(shi)引(yin)領新一輪科技(ji)革命(ming)和(he)產業變革的(de)重要(yao)驅動力”,“把握(wo)全球人(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能發展態勢,找準突破口和(he)主(zhu)攻方向,培養大批具有創新能力和(he)合作精神的(de)人(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能高端(duan)人(ren)才是(shi)教育的(de)重要(yao)使命(ming)”。

魯昕列舉了(le)人(ren)社部發布的數字經濟背景(jing)下(xia)市場(chang)需求(qiu)迫切的39個新(xin)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye),通過分析新(xin)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)、新(xin)知(zhi)識、新(xin)技(ji)術、新(xin)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng),突顯出工(gong)作場(chang)景(jing)變(bian)化對“雙(shuang)高(gao)”專業(ye)(ye)建設提出的要(yao)求(qiu)。最后,魯昕通過對工(gong)信部人(ren)才(cai)交流中心發布的《工(gong)業(ye)(ye)互聯網(wang)(wang)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)人(ren)才(cai)崗位能(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)要(yao)求(qiu)》分析,展示了(le)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)互聯網(wang)(wang)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)人(ren)才(cai)8個方向41個崗位的4項能(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)要(yao)求(qiu),系統(tong)總結了(le)人(ren)工(gong)智能(neng)(neng)(neng)發展對高(gao)等教育動(dong)手能(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)數字化和實(shi)訓基地(di)虛擬(ni)化轉型的呼喚。

魯昕希望(wang),在(zai)“雙區”建(jian)設的(de)(de)背(bei)景下(xia),“雙高”建(jian)設的(de)(de)過(guo)程中,深職(zhi)院作為(wei)“雙高”中的(de)(de)“雙高”,要(yao)充分探(tan)討如(ru)何在(zai)粵港(gang)澳大灣區的(de)(de)政策環境、在(zai)新(xin)一(yi)代信(xin)息技術的(de)(de)創新(xin)文化(hua)、在(zai)深職(zhi)院的(de)(de)工科特色中發(fa)揮積極作用,構(gou)(gou)建(jian)新(xin)知(zhi)識體系(xi)(xi),構(gou)(gou)建(jian)新(xin)課程體系(xi)(xi),顛覆專業結(jie)構(gou)(gou),培養(yang)復(fu)合性人才(cai),成為(wei)名副其實的(de)(de)世界一(yi)流(liu)職(zhi)業技術學院。

楊欣斌(bin)在總(zong)結中表示,魯(lu)昕會長的(de)(de)報告(gao)(gao)站位高遠(yuan)、視野開闊(kuo),理論(lun)深(shen)(shen)厚、邏輯嚴密,觀點鮮(xian)明、素材豐富,聚焦(jiao)問(wen)題(ti)、貼近實際,特別(bie)是結合(he)(he)我校“雙高”建設、專業設置和(he)產教(jiao)融合(he)(he)的(de)(de)情況提出(chu)具體的(de)(de)指導(dao)意見(jian),對于推(tui)動學(xue)校數字化轉型,落實好“雙高”建設,科學(xue)謀(mou)劃“十四五”期間的(de)(de)思路(lu)和(he)舉措,具有重要的(de)(de)指導(dao)意義(yi)。楊欣斌(bin)要求各單位深(shen)(shen)刻領會、深(shen)(shen)入(ru)研究魯(lu)昕會長的(de)(de)報告(gao)(gao)精神(shen),結合(he)(he)實際抓好貫(guan)徹落實,努力在“雙高”建設中走在前列,爭當職業教(jiao)育創新發展的(de)(de)先行者。

整場報告歷時兩(liang)個半小時,全校共300余(yu)人參加(jia)學習(xi),其中,全體(ti)專業主任(ren)(ren)、教研(yan)室(shi)(shi)主任(ren)(ren)、實訓室(shi)(shi)主任(ren)(ren)在會場進行(xing)集中學習(xi);全體(ti)校領導、黨(dang)委委員,全體(ti)中層(ceng)干(gan)部(bu)通(tong)過騰訊(xun)會議系統進行(xing)線上(shang)學習(xi)。
