魯昕:人工智能驅動“雙高”全新領域的全面建設

為深(shen)入推進學(xue)校(xiao)數(shu)字化轉型,高(gao)質量落實好(hao)“雙高(gao)”建設(she)(she)各項任務,6月28日,深(shen)圳職業技(ji)術學(xue)院舉行黨委理論學(xue)習(xi)中心組(擴大)學(xue)習(xi)會,特別邀請全國政協委員、中國職業技(ji)術教(jiao)育學(xue)會會長(chang)、教(jiao)育部原(yuan)副部長(chang)魯昕在京聯線,作題為《人(ren)工智能與(yu)經濟學(xue):“雙高(gao)”建設(she)(she)全新領域的(de)全面建設(she)(she)》專題報(bao)告。會議由(you)校(xiao)黨委書記、校(xiao)長(chang)楊欣斌(bin)主(zhu)持。

習近平總(zong)書(shu)記高度(du)重(zhong)視人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能發展(zhan),認為“人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能是(shi)引領(ling)新一輪(lun)科(ke)技(ji)革(ge)命和(he)(he)產(chan)業變革(ge)的重(zhong)要驅動力(li)”,“把握全球人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能發展(zhan)態勢(shi),找準突(tu)破(po)口和(he)(he)主攻方向(xiang),培(pei)養大(da)批具有創(chuang)新能力(li)和(he)(he)合作(zuo)精(jing)神的人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能高端人(ren)(ren)才(cai)是(shi)教(jiao)育的重(zhong)要使命”。

魯昕列舉了(le)人社部發布的(de)數字經濟背景下市場需求(qiu)迫切的(de)39個(ge)新(xin)(xin)(xin)職業,通(tong)過(guo)分析新(xin)(xin)(xin)職業、新(xin)(xin)(xin)知識、新(xin)(xin)(xin)技(ji)術、新(xin)(xin)(xin)技(ji)能,突顯出工(gong)(gong)作場景變化(hua)(hua)(hua)對(dui)“雙高”專業建(jian)設提出的(de)要求(qiu)。最后,魯昕通(tong)過(guo)對(dui)工(gong)(gong)信部人才(cai)交流中心發布的(de)《工(gong)(gong)業互聯網產(chan)業人才(cai)崗(gang)位能力要求(qiu)》分析,展示了(le)工(gong)(gong)業互聯網產(chan)業人才(cai)8個(ge)方向41個(ge)崗(gang)位的(de)4項能力要求(qiu),系(xi)統總結了(le)人工(gong)(gong)智能發展對(dui)高等教育動手能力數字化(hua)(hua)(hua)和實訓基(ji)地(di)虛擬化(hua)(hua)(hua)轉型的(de)呼喚。

魯昕希望,在“雙區”建(jian)設的(de)背景下,“雙高(gao)”建(jian)設的(de)過程(cheng)中,深職院作為(wei)“雙高(gao)”中的(de)“雙高(gao)”,要(yao)充分探討如(ru)何在粵港澳大(da)灣區的(de)政策環境(jing)、在新(xin)一代信息技術的(de)創新(xin)文化、在深職院的(de)工科特色中發揮(hui)積極作用,構(gou)建(jian)新(xin)知識體系(xi),構(gou)建(jian)新(xin)課程(cheng)體系(xi),顛覆專業結(jie)構(gou),培養復合性人才,成(cheng)為(wei)名副(fu)其(qi)實的(de)世界一流職業技術學(xue)院。

楊欣斌在總(zong)結(jie)中表(biao)示,魯昕會(hui)長的(de)(de)(de)報告(gao)站位高遠(yuan)、視(shi)野開闊,理論深厚(hou)、邏輯嚴密,觀點鮮(xian)明、素材豐(feng)富,聚焦問題、貼近(jin)實(shi)際,特別是結(jie)合我(wo)校“雙(shuang)高”建設(she)、專業(ye)設(she)置(zhi)和產教融合的(de)(de)(de)情況提出具體的(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)導(dao)意見,對于推動學校數字化轉型,落實(shi)好“雙(shuang)高”建設(she),科學謀劃“十四五”期(qi)間的(de)(de)(de)思路和舉(ju)措(cuo),具有重要的(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)導(dao)意義(yi)。楊欣斌要求各單(dan)位深刻領(ling)會(hui)、深入研究魯昕會(hui)長的(de)(de)(de)報告(gao)精神(shen),結(jie)合實(shi)際抓好貫徹落實(shi),努力(li)在“雙(shuang)高”建設(she)中走在前列,爭當職業(ye)教育(yu)創新發展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)先行者。

整場(chang)(chang)報告(gao)歷時兩個半小時,全校共300余人(ren)參加學習,其中(zhong)(zhong),全體(ti)專業主(zhu)任(ren)、教研室主(zhu)任(ren)、實訓室主(zhu)任(ren)在會(hui)場(chang)(chang)進(jin)行(xing)集中(zhong)(zhong)學習;全體(ti)校領導、黨委(wei)委(wei)員,全體(ti)中(zhong)(zhong)層干(gan)部通過騰訊(xun)會(hui)議系統進(jin)行(xing)線上(shang)學習。
