魯昕:人工智能驅動“雙高”全新領域的全面建設

為深入推進(jin)學(xue)校數字化轉型(xing),高(gao)質量落實好(hao)“雙(shuang)高(gao)”建(jian)設(she)(she)各項任務(wu),6月28日,深圳職業(ye)技術學(xue)院舉行黨(dang)委(wei)理論學(xue)習(xi)中心組(擴(kuo)大)學(xue)習(xi)會(hui),特別(bie)邀請全(quan)國政協(xie)委(wei)員、中國職業(ye)技術教育(yu)學(xue)會(hui)會(hui)長、教育(yu)部原副部長魯昕在京聯線,作題(ti)為《人工智能(neng)與(yu)經濟學(xue):“雙(shuang)高(gao)”建(jian)設(she)(she)全(quan)新領域(yu)的(de)全(quan)面建(jian)設(she)(she)》專題(ti)報告。會(hui)議由校黨(dang)委(wei)書記、校長楊欣(xin)斌主持。

習近平總書記高度(du)重視人(ren)工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)發展,認(ren)為“人(ren)工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)是引領新(xin)一(yi)輪科技革命和產(chan)業變革的(de)重要驅動力(li)”,“把握全(quan)球(qiu)人(ren)工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)發展態勢,找準突破口(kou)和主攻方向(xiang),培養大批(pi)具(ju)有(you)創(chuang)新(xin)能(neng)力(li)和合(he)作精神的(de)人(ren)工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)高端(duan)人(ren)才是教育的(de)重要使命”。

魯昕列舉了人(ren)(ren)社部發布的(de)(de)數(shu)字經濟(ji)背景(jing)下市場(chang)需求(qiu)迫切的(de)(de)39個(ge)(ge)新職業(ye)(ye),通過(guo)分(fen)析新職業(ye)(ye)、新知識、新技術、新技能,突(tu)顯出工(gong)(gong)(gong)作場(chang)景(jing)變化(hua)對“雙高(gao)”專業(ye)(ye)建設提出的(de)(de)要求(qiu)。最后(hou),魯昕通過(guo)對工(gong)(gong)(gong)信(xin)部人(ren)(ren)才(cai)交流中心(xin)發布的(de)(de)《工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)互聯網產(chan)業(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)崗位能力要求(qiu)》分(fen)析,展(zhan)(zhan)示了工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)互聯網產(chan)業(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)8個(ge)(ge)方向41個(ge)(ge)崗位的(de)(de)4項能力要求(qiu),系統(tong)總結了人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)智能發展(zhan)(zhan)對高(gao)等教(jiao)育動手能力數(shu)字化(hua)和實訓基地虛擬(ni)化(hua)轉型的(de)(de)呼喚。

魯(lu)昕希望,在(zai)“雙(shuang)區(qu)”建(jian)設(she)的(de)背(bei)景下,“雙(shuang)高”建(jian)設(she)的(de)過(guo)程中(zhong),深(shen)職院作(zuo)為(wei)“雙(shuang)高”中(zhong)的(de)“雙(shuang)高”,要(yao)充分探(tan)討(tao)如何在(zai)粵港澳大灣(wan)區(qu)的(de)政策環境、在(zai)新(xin)一(yi)代(dai)信息技術的(de)創新(xin)文(wen)化、在(zai)深(shen)職院的(de)工科特色中(zhong)發揮積極作(zuo)用(yong),構(gou)(gou)建(jian)新(xin)知識體(ti)系,構(gou)(gou)建(jian)新(xin)課程體(ti)系,顛(dian)覆專業結構(gou)(gou),培(pei)養復合性人才(cai),成為(wei)名副(fu)其實的(de)世(shi)界一(yi)流職業技術學院。

楊欣(xin)斌在總結(jie)中表示,魯昕(xin)會(hui)長的(de)(de)報(bao)告(gao)站位高遠、視野開闊(kuo),理(li)論深(shen)厚、邏輯嚴密(mi),觀(guan)點鮮明、素材豐富,聚焦問題(ti)、貼近實(shi)際,特別是結(jie)合(he)我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)“雙(shuang)(shuang)高”建(jian)設(she)、專業(ye)設(she)置(zhi)和(he)產教融(rong)合(he)的(de)(de)情況提出具體的(de)(de)指(zhi)導(dao)意見(jian),對于推動學校(xiao)(xiao)數字(zi)化轉型,落實(shi)好“雙(shuang)(shuang)高”建(jian)設(she),科(ke)學謀劃“十(shi)四五”期(qi)間的(de)(de)思路和(he)舉措,具有重要(yao)的(de)(de)指(zhi)導(dao)意義(yi)。楊欣(xin)斌要(yao)求各單(dan)位深(shen)刻(ke)領(ling)會(hui)、深(shen)入研究魯昕(xin)會(hui)長的(de)(de)報(bao)告(gao)精神,結(jie)合(he)實(shi)際抓好貫徹(che)落實(shi),努(nu)力在“雙(shuang)(shuang)高”建(jian)設(she)中走在前列,爭當職業(ye)教育創新發展(zhan)的(de)(de)先行者。
