7月13日-14日,全(quan)省(sheng)高(gao)等(deng)職業(ye)(ye)院校(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)工作會(hui)議(yi)(yi)在順德召開。此次會(hui)議(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)主(zhu)要(yao)任務是(shi),貫徹落實習(xi)近平(ping)總書記(ji)“四個堅持、三個支撐、兩個走在前列”重(zhong)要(yao)批示和省(sheng)委(wei)第十二次黨代(dai)會(hui)精神,分析我(wo)省(sheng)高(gao)職教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)面臨的(de)(de)新(xin)形勢,深(shen)入探討推進高(gao)職院校(xiao)改革與(yu)發展的(de)(de)新(xin)思(si)路、新(xin)舉措(cuo)。會(hui)議(yi)(yi)由(you)廣東省(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)廳主(zhu)辦,順德職業(ye)(ye)技術學(xue)院承辦。教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部職業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)與(yu)成人教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)司高(gao)職發展處(chu)處(chu)長(chang)林(lin)宇,廣東省(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)廳職業(ye)(ye)與(yu)終身(shen)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)處(chu)處(chu)長(chang)陳亞林(lin)、調(diao)研員吳艷(yan)玲,佛(fo)山市教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)局副局長(chang)徐旭雁等(deng)出席了會(hui)議(yi)(yi)。我(wo)校(xiao)校(xiao)長(chang)賈興東、副校(xiao)長(chang)馬曉明與(yu)160余位全(quan)省(sheng)高(gao)等(deng)職業(ye)(ye)院校(xiao)校(xiao)長(chang)、主(zhu)管教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)副校(xiao)長(chang)參加了會(hui)議(yi)(yi)。會(hui)議(yi)(yi)由(you)吳艷(yan)玲主(zhu)持。

會上,深(shen)圳(zhen)(zhen)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)、順德職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)、廣州番禺職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)、廣東交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)、廣東建(jian)設(she)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)、廣州城(cheng)建(jian)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)等(deng)6所高職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)院(yuan)(yuan)校校長(chang)和廣東恒基金屬制(zhi)品實(shi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)有限公司董(dong)事(shi)長(chang)作經驗(yan)介紹。賈興(xing)東以《服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)深(shen)圳(zhen)(zhen)發展(zhan),爭(zheng)創世(shi)界一(yi)流》為(wei)題,介紹了(le)我(wo)校的辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)實(shi)踐與思考。他(ta)說,我(wo)校經過(guo)近25年的探索與發展(zhan),形成了(le)自身辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)特色(se)(se)與經驗(yan):一(yi)是(shi)圍(wei)繞產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)鏈(lian)部署專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)鏈(lian)、開(kai)發課程鏈(lian),優化人才供給(gei),深(shen)化體制(zhi)機制(zhi)改革,激發辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)活力(li),在(zai)(zai)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)深(shen)圳(zhen)(zhen)發展(zhan)大局中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)深(shen)化了(le)改革創新。二是(shi)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)世(shi)界一(yi)流企業(ye)(ye)(ye)提升(sheng)(sheng)人才培(pei)養質量,通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)小微(wei)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)提升(sheng)(sheng)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)研發和技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)能力(li),在(zai)(zai)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)深(shen)圳(zhen)(zhen)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)發展(zhan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)提升(sheng)(sheng)了(le)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)水平。三是(shi)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)市民提升(sheng)(sheng)社會服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)能力(li),通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)對(dui)口幫扶發揮輻(fu)射(she)帶(dai)動作用,在(zai)(zai)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)深(shen)圳(zhen)(zhen)民生需求中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)凸顯(xian)了(le)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)特色(se)(se)。四是(shi)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)加(jia)強與職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育國(guo)際(ji)組織合(he)作、聯合(he)發起(qi)成立(li)“一(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)路”職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育聯盟、加(jia)快(kuai)推動跨境(jing)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)等(deng),在(zai)(zai)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)深(shen)圳(zhen)(zhen)雙向開(kai)放中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)拓展(zhan)了(le)合(he)作空間。賈興(xing)東指出,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校確定(ding)了(le)未來發展(zhan)“三個(ge)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)、五個(ge)定(ding)位(wei)、一(yi)個(ge)率(lv)先”戰略(lve)目標(biao),將(jiang)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)實(shi)施“九大一(yi)流行動計劃”,將(jiang)我(wo)校建(jian)設(she)成為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)特色(se)(se)、世(shi)界一(yi)流的職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)院(yuan)(yuan)校,為(wei)世(shi)界職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)發展(zhan)貢獻“深(shen)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)模式”。
林宇分享了對高(gao)(gao)等職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)未(wei)來發(fa)(fa)展的(de)思(si)考。他指出,高(gao)(gao)等職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)近(jin)年來發(fa)(fa)展快,影(ying)響大。在(zai)未(wei)來發(fa)(fa)展中,高(gao)(gao)職(zhi)院校要(yao)(yao)正確認(ren)識(shi)高(gao)(gao)職(zhi)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)在(zai)高(gao)(gao)等教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)和(he)職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)中的(de)地位和(he)作用。要(yao)(yao)在(zai)服務當(dang)地經濟社會(hui)和(he)行業(ye)發(fa)(fa)展中,準(zhun)確把(ba)握需(xu)求,精準(zhun)對接需(xu)求。廣東要(yao)(yao)把(ba)握當(dang)前(qian)發(fa)(fa)展的(de)良好機遇,加強(qiang)省級統(tong)籌,樹立高(gao)(gao)職(zhi)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)高(gao)(gao)峰和(he)品牌。此外,還要(yao)(yao)結(jie)合(he)《高(gao)(gao)等職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)創新發(fa)(fa)展行動計(ji)劃(2015-2018年)》,深(shen)化(hua)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)學改革。
陳亞林轉(zhuan)達了省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)廳景李虎廳長(chang)對(dui)全省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)高職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的期望,并對(dui)我(wo)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)高等(deng)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)未來發展(zhan)做(zuo)出部(bu)署。會議指出,今后一(yi)段時期,要以習近平總書記(ji)重要批(pi)示為(wei)(wei)統(tong)領,推(tui)動我(wo)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)高等(deng)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的改革發展(zhan)。要把思想和行動統(tong)一(yi)到省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)委(wei)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)政府的戰略部(bu)署上(shang)來,推(tui)動我(wo)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)高等(deng)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)再上(shang)新(xin)(xin)臺階。圍繞全省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)系統(tong)“爭先進、當標本、建(jian)(jian)高地(di)”中(zhong)心(xin)工(gong)作,以分類指導為(wei)(wei)重點,以新(xin)(xin)一(yi)輪(lun)高職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)強校工(gong)程為(wei)(wei)總抓手,全面對(dui)接(jie)國家和省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)各項建(jian)(jian)設任務,大力加(jia)強創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)創(chuang)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu),把好(hao)方向、加(jia)大投(tou)入、優化結構(gou)、產(chan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)融合,打造(zao)高地(di)、辦出特色、強化治理、構(gou)建(jian)(jian)體系,建(jian)(jian)設廣東高職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)高地(di)。
